Registered Physiotherapist | Pilates
Judith Tso
Hello everyone! I'm Judith, a registered physiotherapist at Aloha. As a therapist who loves sports, I enjoy Pilates reformer, yoga, golf, and other activities. These diverse sports experiences have given me a deeper understanding of human biomechanics and allow me to accurately analyze the unique needs of each client.
My clinical background spans multidisciplinary internships at public hospitals in Hong Kong (including orthopedic post-operative rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, and sports injury), and I have gained extensive pain management experience during my internship at private clinics. To pursue more comprehensive treatment skills, I also undertook an acupuncture internship at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, where I learned acupuncture protocols for complex and difficult conditions.
Your exercise habits, occupational demands, and even lifestyle will be key to my design of a "personalized rehabilitation plan" – whether it's helping you return to the field, work pain-free, or regain a flexible body, we can set goals together and progress step by step!
