10-day Aloha Physiotherapy Postpartum Belly Binding Treatment

Aloha physiotherapy postnatal belly binding therapy is an exclusive treatment for postnatal women. Through the Aloha physiotherapy method, it relaxes and realigns the abdominal and visceral fascia of mothers. During pregnancy, the change in the baby's size can cause internal organs (including the uterus, intestines, etc.) to shift and pull on the visceral fascia, which can easily lead to postnatal problems such as urinary incontinence, pelvic displacement, chronic lower back pain, and disc herniation. Our treatment helps mothers' abdominal cavities return to their pre-pregnancy state, improving and preventing postnatal sequelae.

Treatment content:

Our Aloha physiotherapy belly binding therapy is customized by our women's health physiotherapists, with the treatment direction focusing on a four-step process: "Release + Realignment + Stabilization + Strengthening". Aloha physiotherapy belly binding includes manual abdominal fascia release and realignment, essential oil massage, pelvic restoration, belly binding treatment, high-frequency magnetic therapy for abdominal muscle activation, and deep core abdominal muscle home exercises. Each treatment session lasts approximately 75 minutes.

How we differ from general belly binding treatments:

First: We focus on visceral realignment, placing internal organs and the pelvis back into their optimal state for fixation, which doubles the effectiveness;

Second: If only belly binding is performed without muscle activation, the effects will not last and may rebound. The treatment must be combined with muscle activation, using our own deep abdominal muscles to stabilize the waist and abdomen, acting like a natural corset, to achieve long-term results and prevent issues like urinary leakage or back pain.

Third: We use medical-grade deep radiofrequency equipment to stimulate collagen regeneration in the abdominal fascia, making our skin firmer and improving the appearance of stretched abdominal skin from pregnancy.

Aloha Physiotherapy Belly Binding Treatment is suitable for:

Mothers from six weeks to twenty years postpartum

Natural birth: Treatment can start six weeks postpartum

C-section: Treatment can start eight weeks postpartum

Is Aloha Physiotherapy Belly Binding still effective 10 years postpartum?

Yes, it is still effective even after ten years.

If mothers do not receive appropriate treatment postpartum, even after a longer period, the internal organs and fascia will remain in a misaligned state and will not naturally return to place. The longer this goes on, the greater the pressure on the fascia, and with time, it can weaken our pelvic floor muscles and lumbar spine stability. Our abdominal fascia release can effectively clear old adhesions, and belly binding and exercise can achieve shaping and stability.
