Welcome to Aloha Wellness & Physiotherapy. By placing an order on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the following shopping terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to amend, interpret, and make final decisions at any time without prior notice.

I. Delivery Policy

1.1 Courier Arrangement and Shipping Fees

All online orders from our store are delivered by SF Express, offering door-to-door delivery, SF Store pickup, and SF Smart Locker self-pickup services.

The standard shipping fee for Hong Kong is HKD 40, which must be paid at the time of order placement. This fee covers only one standard delivery service.

If you choose to ship to an SF Store or Smart Locker, please correctly fill in the complete address and code of the location in the shipping address field.

Currently, SF Express will not send pickup notifications via SMS. Please download the SF App to receive pickup alerts.

1.3 Remote Area and Outlying Island Surcharges

An additional remote area surcharge will be applied to remote areas and outlying islands in Hong Kong, which must be paid at the time of order placement.

Remote / Outlying Island Door-to-Door Delivery: HK$80
Outlying Island SF Store / Smart Locker Self-pickup: HK$45

Remote areas include (but are not limited to)

Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley
Discovery Bay, Ma Wan
Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau
Southern Lantau (Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo, Pui O, etc.)
Lantau Island areas outside Tung Chung
