Founder & Registered Physiotherapist

Chloe Mo

I'm Chloe, the founder of Aloha Physiotherapy and a registered physiotherapist in Hong Kong with ten years of clinical experience. I firmly believe that true healing should not just be about treating symptoms in isolation, but must approach the body as a whole to achieve a four-dimensional balance of "straight bones, flexible tendons, soft muscles, and smooth fascia" to resolve problems from their root.

In the past, I worked in public hospitals and served as a resident physiotherapist for the Hong Kong team and the South China Athletic Association Rugby Team. Currently, I also serve as a medical coach for Adidas Runners, helping runners achieve better performance. During the pandemic, when sports competitions were suspended, I shifted my focus to the various chronic pains brought on by working from home – countless "head-downers" were plagued by discomfort in their lower back, neck, and upper back. Consequently, I led my team in in-depth research to establish the "Four-Dimensional Rebuilding System," designing highly effective and lasting treatment plans for such patients. To date, we have successfully helped over 5,000 clients escape chronic pain and regain a free and pain-free life.

In recent years, I have also been frequently invited by major media outlets to share my professional knowledge, including multiple appearances on the "Health Concern Group" program on Open TV, promoting physiotherapy education through public platforms to help more people learn scientific and independent health management.

After becoming a mother, I became even more focused on women's health, especially pain management, posture restoration, and pelvic floor health during the pre- and post-natal periods. I use professional techniques and precise instruments to obtain data, scientifically identify the root cause of problems, and actively collaborate closely with obstetricians and gynecologists to help every woman recover to her best state, embracing a more free and empowered life.

I hope to bring this professionalism and care to more people in need, accompanying you step by step to regain your body's balance and live a healthy, confident life.
